As you plan your upcoming week, here are seven quotes to keep you going—one for each day.

“There is no passion to be found playing small in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living.”  ~ Nelson Mandela

“The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.”  ~ Nelson Mandela

“Being defeated is often a temporary condition. Giving up is what makes it permanent.” ~ Marilyn vos Savant

“It doesn’t matter how slow you go, as long as you don’t stop.”  ~Confucius

“The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible.”     ~Arthur C. Clarke

“If you want to succeed in the world must make your own opportunities as you go on. The man who waits for some seventh wave to toss him on dry land will find that the seventh wave is a long time a coming. You can commit no greater folly than to sit by the roadside until someone comes along and invites you to ride with him to wealth or influence.”    ~John B. Gough

“One of the commonest mistakes and one of the costliest is thinking that success is due to some genius, some magic – something or other that we do not possess. Success is generally due to holding on, and a failure to let go.”   ~Maltbie Davenport Babcock

Your homework today is to choose a quote for each day and repeat it frequently as you go about your activities. If there is one quote that’s particularly resonant for you, then repeat that one throughout the week. Feel free to use one that might not be listed here but is one that really gets your motor running.

You can do it!

You’re welcome to post your favorite quote in the comments section.

I’m so proud of you

Your Friend and Pep Pal,

Lauren
