No Opportunities

Sometimes we get ourselves into a position where it seems like there’s no opportunity—no potential for change, for helping and bettering ourselves. When this happens, our outlook on life becomes grim and bleak.

But this so incredibly far from the truth!

There are possibilities all around you! Take off those Gloomy Glasses and see the prospects all around you!!

Focus on the promise in the world, not the problems!

You can hear the promise in a baby’s laugh and the delightful sounds children make while playing. You can see it in the fact that nature provides us with fields of flowers in all sorts of colors and in innumerable places on earth. There isn’t just one flower in one color growing at one moment in only one place in the world.

There is a super-abundance of flowers thriving, flourishing, blooming all over the world!

So, too, with opportunities. They’re all around you. Sometimes they come in working clothes—a metaphor Earl Nightingale frequently used. Don’t be too proud to roll up your sleeves and get a little dirty. And don’t be too timid to dive right in—the flowerbed is just fine! 😀

Your homework today is to look around you for opportunities—remember they may be in working clothes. Make note of the possibilities, the potential. Then get busy and take the next step!

You can do it!

Post in the comments section about an opportunity that you discovered that was sitting there all along!

I’m so proud of you!

Your Friend and Pep Pal,
