A Perfect Day for Playing

Have you played lately?

Research has shown that time spent in play—activities done for the pleasure of it rather than to accomplish a goal—is good for us. It allows our imagination and creativity the freedom to explore and enjoy, just for the pure fun of it.

Scientists have found that taking a playful approach to your work, especially if you’re experiencing problems or setbacks, can help you break through the difficulty. Taking a “what the heck” or “let’s see what happens” or “we have nothing to lose” approach can be the perfect catalyst to create your Eureka moment!

Your homework today is to PLAY! Allow your mind to wander; follow your instincts and what you feel like doing. Let go of expectations and agendas and just have fun!

You can do it, I know you can!

I’m so proud of you!

Your Friend and Pep Pal,
