Let your mind wander, sit in Nature or stare at it out your window.
Sit quietly and gradually tune into your body and note the places where you’re holding tension. Totally relax ALL your muscles, especially the small ones.
Spend time in meditation, contemplation, or prayer.
You’ll be glad you took the time to do this exercise. You’ll feel more peaceful and in touch with your center.
