Your homework is to put worry, fretting, and anxious thoughts to the side. You’ll probably find that this is hard to do. That’s why it’s important to take this one step at a time and to break those steps into small enough bits that they’re easy to do.
As you stick with this and keep working at it, you’ll find that worry no longer has a stronghold on you.
