Review Your Week: Know Your Limitations

We all have limitations. Some of us are afraid of heights, some don’t like to take risks, and others of us lack confidence.

The good news is that none of these are fatal and none of them will prevent us from reaching our dreams. Yay!!

Your homework today is to review this past week and see where your limitations have slowed you down—or tripped you up. Make a note of these—your limitations and when they come into play—and brainstorm different ways to do things.

The point is to work with your limitations—instead of against them—so you can continue to move forward toward your dreams, no matter what. Eventually, you’ll be able to let go of your limitations, some of them at least.  But in the meantime, you’ll look for creative ways to do things just a little differently so that your limitations don’t get in your way.

Very important is to never compare your limitations to what other people are or are not doing. Everyone has limitations, everyone. You have different limitations than others because your path is different and your destiny is unique to you. So don’t compare yourself to anyone else!

As you review your week and schedule and look for ways to tweak it so it works better for you, note the things you did well and the steps you took that moved you closer to your dreams. No matter how small or humble the increment of forward movement, it’s all good and it all adds up.

Yay you!

Celebrate these accomplishments! Invite your friends and family to join you!

You “done good”, Kiddo! Good for you!

I’m so proud of you!

Your Friend and Pep Pal,

Lauren
