Your homework today is to enjoy the springtime day (or autumn day if you are in the southern hemisphere) and keep your eyes open for what it has to teach you; there are lessons to be learned.
For instance, observe how the shoots of flowers push through the dirt in spite of flurries and cold temperatures. This teaches us a number of things: that beauty surrounds us, even in unlikely situations, and that there are gifts and goodness in all circumstances.
Most of all, the flowers growing in spite of the weather shows us that cold, dark, miserable days don’t last. One day they end and the good stuff—flowers, sunshine, warmth—takes over!
You can do it—you can observe, learn, and enjoy!
I’m so proud of you!
