Do what you feel in your heart to be right – for you’ll be criticized anyway. You’ll be damned if you do, and damned if you don’t. ~Eleanor Roosevelt

Your homework today is to review your week and as you do so, keep an eye toward whether or not you’re doing what you think is right—listening to the Still Small Voice inside.

Of course it’s fine to listen to advice and counsel from people who you know have your best interest in mind, but when it comes down to it, you must listen to the whispering and urgings of your heart and soul.

As you’re reviewing, note the progress you’re making—the tiny bits, fragment of bits, slivers of bits, and teensy specks of bits of steps.

The size of the progress does NOT matter. What matters is the CONSISTENCY and PERSISTENTLY of taking those teensy increments of forward movement.

Over time, they add up—guaranteed. And, sooner than you’d think, you’ll find that you’ve achieved your dreams. WooHoo!

So, celebrate those tiny specks of steps. You are awesome for doing them! Yay you!!

Keep going, keep taking those tiny bits of steps!

You can do it!

I’m so proud of your progress! You’re amazing!

Your Friend and Pep Pal,

Lauren
