Review Your Week: Acknowledge the Good Stuff

When we review the progress we’re making toward our dreams, we easily pick out what we are not doing, what isn’t going well, how very far we have yet to go. This can be helpful information telling us that we may need to strengthen our skills, do more research, or that we have to quit playing at it and actually become serious about pursuing our goals and dreams.

But it’s only part of the story. 

We also must note the things that are going well: the strengths that we discovered we possess, the unexpected moments of happiness and bliss, and the progress that we are making.

Your homework today is to note all the Good Stuff that’s happening as you’re journeying to your dreams.

Take the time to acknowledge the Good Stuff. Applaud and celebrate yourself for this. It’s good stuff, you did it, and it’s AWESOME!
