Set Up for a Good Week

Set yourself up for a good week by getting to bed on time—or early, if possible.

 

Lack of sleep is the curse of the modern day world and it has serious consequences.

 

Lack of sleep creates safety issues:

~falling asleep at the wheel

~not paying attention and injuring yourself or another

 

Lack of sleep creates productivity issues:

~poor focus and concentration causes mistakes resulting in taking time away from other tasks to go back and correct the mistake

 

Lack of sleep wears away at your health:

~chronic lack of sleep can lower resistance

~not giving your body and psyche enough downtime for the natural rejuvenation process

 

Lack of sleep can impair your personal relationships:

~who wants to hang around a grumpy, grouchy person?!
