Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy. ~ Dale Carnegie
Affirmations can help us overcome doubt and fear. Having a support system of friends and family who believe in us and cheer us on can help us overcome doubt and fear. Education can help us overcome doubt and fear.
But to conquer doubt and fear we must take action.
Taking action means practicing our skills to keep improving them. Taking action means implementing what we learned in school or have taught ourself. Taking action means taking the next step.
The more we take action the more our confidence and courage will grow.

Your homework is to take the next step. Break it into teensy tiny bits and pieces until you get to the tiny specks and jots that are just the right size for you—just the right size for your busy schedule and just the right size to fly under the radar of your resistance. Once you get to the right size tidbits, then do them!
You can do it!
You’re awesome and I’m so proud of you!
Your Friend and Pep Pal,
Lauren
