The man who moves a mountain begins by carrying away small stones. ― Confucius

Today’s quote is the same as many others such as:

A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.

And:

How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.

And:

Rome wasn’t built in a day.

Your homework today is to take the next step. Break it into the smallest increments possible because then you’re more likely to do them. They’ll be much less overwhelming and they’ll easily fit into the little pockets of time you have throughout your day.

If you’re still having trouble doing them, choose one of the quotes in this post to keep handy. Repeat it to yourself often. Let the wisdom and encouragement of the quotes give you the boost you need to follow through on doing the little specks and jots of steps.

You can do it!

I’m proud of you!

Your Friend and Pep Pal,

Lauren
