Yesterday we talked about when you just said no (click here to be taken to it) and today we’re talking about when you powered through.
At least once this year there was a time when your mind was cranky and negative but we you powered through and were pleasant as you did what you needed to do.
At least once this year, there was a time when you felt Big Resistance in the form of worry, fear, anxiety, overwhelm, anger, frustration, tiredness, or other feelings and emotions, but you powered through and you took that little bit of a step anyway.
Your homework is to take out your notebook and jot down these times when you power through. You did it, you absolutely did it! At least once this year you crushed it!
Make sure you take a moment to feel those feelings—how proud you are, how happy you are, how much you love yourself now. Let these feelings infuse you, every cell, every tissue, every atom of your being, your mind, your body, your soul.
Remember to also capture the ideas that are coming into your mind—those ideas and thoughts and yearnings and gut instincts. These are clues leading you a faster, more pleasant and enjoyable way to your dreams.
