Celebrate You Month: You Just Said No

Ack! I apologize for the delay in getting this to you. I thought I had pressed the Publish button when I uploaded this yesterday.

Today we’re going to celebrate all the times when you just said no.

At least once this year you said no to the old thought patterns, you said no to the old way of doing things, you said no to the old habits and routines, you said no to that person who always seems to push all of his or her work on to you.

At least once this year you just said no to everything that didn’t further your quest to achieve your dreams.

WooHoo! You ROCK!

Your homework today is to jot down the times when you said no.

Also jot down the thoughts, ideas, instincts, urgings, and whisperings that are coming into your mind. Now that you’re focusing on the positive aspects of yourself and in your life and now that you’re celebrating yourself, it’s freeing the Spirit and the Still Small Voice within; they’re a little louder, perhaps a little easier for you to hear! Note what you’re hearing from them—where they’re pointing, where they’re leading you.

Keep this notebook safe because it’s an invaluable tool for you going forward. Not only will it give you clues and information about your True Self, but it’ll also help you feel more confident about yourself and more secure in the steps you’re taking toward your dreams.

The final part of your homework is to sit quietly for a few minutes as you think about the times you just said no. Feel how good you felt about yourself. Let the good feelings infuse every little part of your heart, soul, mind, and body.

Note where you feel it in your body. Does it feel like a warmth in your chest that then spreads out to the rest of your body? Perhaps it’s a tingling sensation, starting at the top of your head and expands all the way down to your toes.

And now join me and celebrating you because YOU ARE TOTALLY AWESOME!

You can do this!

I am so very proud of you!

Your Friend and Pep Pal,
