Celebrate You Month: Review Your Week – What Have You Noticed?


Have you taken time this week to celebrate yourself (all it takes is a few minutes)? Have you jotted down the things that you’re proud of and glad about? Are you also keeping notes on the ideas that are coming into your mind?

Have you discovered a pattern regarding the favorite things you like to do to celebrate yourself? Is a direction becoming clear as you review the ideas that are coming into your mind?

Did you detect a better, optimum way for you to do things? For instance I’ve observed when I’m meditating in the morning it’s best to do it while it’s still dark out. When it begins to get light I find that my mind is more easily distracted. When it’s dark I don’t have that visual stimulus so it’s easier for me to focus my mind and keep it on task.


Your homework is to continue celebrating yourself and continue noticing what are your favorite ways to celebrate. Also keep jotting down notes about the ideas that are coming to you. These are clues to what your heart and soul would like to do and the direction they’d like to take you!
