When you are choosing your favorites from this list, note which categories they fall under. If they’re all falling under one or two of the categories, it may be a clue from your body or your subconscious–either something that your mind/body/soul is craving or it could be a nudge from your Still Small Voice. Make a note of it and let it simmer on the back burner of your mind. You never know what interesting thing might pop out!
I found that the suggestions that appealed to me the most were under the “Relaxing” category. I liked #36: Do Nothing for Two Minutes, and #40: Browse National Geographic’s photo archives. It’s interesting that I gravitated toward “Relaxing”; I’ve been burning the midnight oil lately and have been hoping I can carve out a little down time this weekend.
