Hit the Reset Button on Your Thoughts

If you want to change your life, be very aware of the thoughts you’re thinking. Be very purposeful and determined in what you think and what you don’t think.

You’ll know when you need to press the reset button on your thoughts when you’re feeling any of the following emotions (and related emotions):

Grumpy = hit the reset button

Cranky = hit the reset button

Sad = hit the reset button

Frustrated = hit the reset button

Annoyed = hit the reset button

Angry = hit the reset button

Impatient = hit the reset button

Mad = hit the reset button

Judgmental = hit the reset button

Gossiping = hit the reset button

Unforgiving = hit the reset button

Intolerant = hit the reset button

Mean = hit the reset button

Worried = hit the reset button

Fretting = hit the reset button

Anxious = hit the reset button

Terrified = hit the reset button

Blah = hit the reset button

Listless = hit the reset button

Blue = hit the reset button

Tired = hit the reset button

Bored = hit the reset button

Lethargic = hit the reset button

Sleepy = hit the reset button

In other words, if you aren’t energized, enthusiastic, happy, content, pleased, satisfied, hopeful, kind (or other related emotions and feelings), then

HIT THE RESET BUTTON ON YOUR THOUGHTS!
