One of my favorite things to do as I’m falling asleep is to listen to the night sounds. Now that it’s getting warmer and the window is open at night, it’s much easier to hear Mother Nature’s lullaby.

As I’m drifting off to the subtle sounds, the famous line from Robert Browning’s poem often floats through my mind:

“…God is in His Heaven;

All is right with the world.”

~Robert Browning

Whether it’s the sound of crickets, frogs, or gently rain on the roof of your home, let it settle you into a peaceful night’s slumber.

You can do it!

Your Friend and Pep Pal,

Lauren
