We’ve been talking about the Comfort Zone this week, not only to ditch it but we’ve also talked about times when it’s helpful to reconnect with your Comfort Zone.
You’ve chosen to momentarily return to your Comfort Zone. Let’s talk about ways you can make it productive–so that you come out better, stronger, more able to take on Life outside your Comfort Zone.
Dr. Joe Dispenza, a leading researcher into neuroplasticity, had a recent post on his blog entitled Making the Present the Present. While his post talks about savoring moments throughout your day in order to slow down the passing of time, his suggestions can also be applied to making the time you spend in your Comfort Zone productive time.
I like his suggestion to open your heart. His suggestions also open your mind and your spirit, and that, I think, is the best way to utilize your time in the Comfort Zone.

Of his suggestions, I love listening to the sounds of Nature and I also love staring into the night sky.
Which of your suggestions do you like? Let me know in the comments below!
Please pass this post along to a friend. Thanks!
Your Friend and Pep Pal,
Lauren
