Ok. You’re going to be reviewing your week and your use of your Comfort Zone right now so this can be one of those times where it’s okay to be in your Comfort Zone for a little while.
But only for a little while!
And you really don’t need to be in your Comfort Zone…perhaps challenge yourself to not go into it while you’re doing your review unless you reallyreallyreally have to. J
So.
How’d you do this week with stepping outside of your Comfort Zone? If you weren’t able to step outside of it, even for a teensy bit of time, were you at least able to stand on the very very edge of your Comfort Zone and look beyond?
If you answer “No.” to any of those questions, ask–and answer–what scares me about going outside of my Comfort Zone, or going to the very edge of it and looking beyond?
Then ask–and answer–what can I do to change my fearful, anxious feelings and thoughts about leaving my Comfort Zone, even for just a moment?

BUT THEN, MAKE SURE YOU CELEBRATE YOURSELF!
Celebrate if you:
~totally obliterated your Comfort Zone;
~took a few steps outside your Comfort Zone;
~took one teensy tiny infinitesimal step outside your Comfort Zone;
~ventured for a fraction of a nanosecond outside your Comfort Zone;
~went up to the very edge of your comfort zone and looked beyond;
~went up to the very edge of your comfort zone, even though your eyes may have been tightly squeezed shut;
~thought about going to the edge of your Comfort Zone;
~think it’s a good idea to consider going up to the edge of your Comfort Zone;
~you were brave enough to admit that perhaps you might be stuck in your Comfort Zone.
Celebrate yourself for even the itsy-bitsy, little, teeny-tiny efforts you’re making toward leaving your Comfort Zone behind and moving resolutely, unshakably, and relentlessly toward the life of your dreams.
YOU ROCK and I’m so proud of you!
Your Friend and Pep Pal,
Lauren
