There a many resources our there but these are the ones that I’ve found very helpful in understanding baby steps and learning how best to use them.
Books—I have read each of these books. While they don’t contain all the answers, each of them has valuable information that can be applied to taking baby steps:
~One Small Step Can Change Your Life: The Kaizen Way by Robert Mauer, PhD~Switch: How to Change Things When Change Is Hard by Chip Heath and Dan Heath
~Willpower: Rediscovering the Greatest Human Strength by Roy Baumeister and Joe Tierney
~Change Anything: The New Science of Personal Success by Kerry Patterson and Joseph Grenny
~Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza
YouTube—B.J. Fogg has some very interesting techniques for crafting baby steps and developing a system for their implementation so the changes take hold (be sure to watch both videos):
Articles on the Web—Like the books, these articles don’t contain all the “secrets” of baby steps. Each of them, though, has interesting thoughts, suggestions, and tips; one of them might be just the thing you’ve been searching for!
