Baby Steps: Activation Triggers


I thought this article by Michael Hyatt on activation triggers was interesting.  It relates to this past week’s discussion on Baby Steps and it offers an idea not covered in the resources listed in yesterday’s post.  How to Use Activation Triggers™ to Reach Your Goals this Year.

I found it interesting that many of Michael’s activation triggers involved setting up technology to “force” you to follow through on baby steps.  For instance, he programmed the lights in his office turn off at 6pm on Friday evenings and he has his computer set to only turn on sites and programs during a specific time that will support his quiet time of the day.
