I found it interesting that many of Michael’s activation triggers involved setting up technology to “force” you to follow through on baby steps. For instance, he programmed the lights in his office turn off at 6pm on Friday evenings and he has his computer set to only turn on sites and programs during a specific time that will support his quiet time of the day.
