Life can weigh heavy on us.  Everywhere we turn we see something that frightens us, frustrates us, or makes us feel helpless and hopeless.  When we feel these emotions, we’re less creative, less resilient, and less energetic.  We can have trouble shaking off these feelings and getting ourselves back on track—positive thinking and affirmations sometimes aren’t enough to help us press the reset button.

But three cheers for laughter!  It can:

~lift your mood

~increase endorphins

~lower stress

~help you sleep better

~improve memory and recall

~burns calories

~enhances learning

~oxygenates your blood, brain, and body

~increases blood flow

~lower blood sugar levels

~massages your organs and tissues

~lowers heart rate and blood pressure

~improved immune system

~helps you cope better with Life’s ups and downs

~promotes relaxation

~improve your quality of life

~relieve pain

~strengthen your social connections.

  1. My spouse and I absolutely love your blog and find almost all of your post’s to be what precisely I’m looking for. Does one offer guest writers to write content available for you? I wouldn’t mind composing a post or elaborating on some of the subjects you write about here. Again, awesome web log!
