I love that one, too, Julie.
I’ve come to realize that when I’m feeling bad about myself it’s usually because I’m letting others’ opinions affect how I view myself. And, it isn’t necessarily a flesh-and-blood person (or persons). Oftentimes it’s advertising messages, social media, TV programs, even pop music lyrics!
