
This week make it a point to look at your life from a different point of view, especially issues and situations you’re grappling with.
Find a quiet spot where you can think/contemplate/ponder. Have a notebook and pen–or a method of capturing your thoughts and ideas–handy and jot down the insights and ideas that come to you.
Here are questions to ask yourself:
~What if this was the best thing that ever happened to me?
~What can I do to make this challenge the best thing that every happened to me?
~How is this making me stronger, more resilient, increasing my knowledge base, improving my skills and abilities?
~What hidden talents and gifts is this situation bringing out in me?
