Today I am very grateful for:

  • My spiritual practice—that I had the presence of mind to develop one and that I’ve had the persistence to stick with it over the years;
  • The many books and resources that help me deepen my spiritual practice;
  • The many people I have joined in prayer, meditation, and study and how all of us were supported, nurtured, and blessed in the process.

What are you grateful for today?  Please share in the comments below.  Thank you!

Your Friend and Pep Pal,

Lauren

  2. I got to play all afternoon with my 6 year old grandson and enter the world of imagination and fun!
    Picked up a delicious restaurant meal and shared it with my husband on a cloth-lined table with candles and flowers.
    Had a wonderful FaceTime chat with our 13 year old grandson in Florida, feeling the connection and love. : )

    1. Hi Julie!
      Oh my goodness! Such wonderful things to be grateful for!
      Grandkids…’nuff said!! ❤ ❤ ❤ So glad you had time with your 6 year old and a nice chat with your 13 year old. So heartwarming for all!
      Sounds like a very romantic meal with a real tablecloth, candles, and flowers. Often, it doesn't take much to make a meal or–or a moment–very special. I'm glad you gave yourself and your family this treat.
      Thank you for sharing your delight-filled gratitudes!
