Lazy Day

We all need down-time, doing “nothing”, but yet after doing that “nothing” you are left feeling peaceful and rested. Your “nothing” can be reading a good book, spending quiet time in Mother Nature, losing yourself in your favorite hobby or pastime, daydreaming, or spending time hanging out with friends and family.

It isn’t about crossing things off your To Do list. It isn’t multi-tasking. It isn’t tackling that home repair project that’s been hanging over your head.

A lazy day is all about refreshing your mind and spirit.

Your homework today is to put aside all your cares and rest, refresh, relax.

You can do it!

Your Friend and Pep Pal,
