I want to be sure I take my very best shot at living a delightfully luscious, exquisitely gratifying life.

How about you, is this what you want for yourself, too?

In yesterday’s post, I talked about that, in my opinion, self-actualization is the most important work we can do. It’s through being who we truly are that we live the life of our dreams and, in the process, do our part in changing the world.

How about you? Are you feeling this way, too? I invite you to come on this journey with me!

  1. Yes absolutely–finding out who we authentically are is the work we are called to do in our 50s 60s and beyond. If we are really listening to our inner selves we hear the call, otherwise we are seduced by outer messages of trying to retain our youth, appearance, and former roles that may no longer work for us.

  2. Thanks for your comment, Julie! It’s sooooooo easy to fall into the trap of becoming obsessed with outer “stuff”–the media is so persuasive! I totally agree with your thoughts that it’s so exciting to be in a stage of life where self-actualization can move front and center in our lives! WooHoo! 🙂
